About Us

C.L. Taylor Timber is a proud family-owned and operated logging company founded by Clifford Taylor, who began his journey in the timber industry at just 16 years old when he purchased his first 40 acres of timber. In the Summer of 2024, we will celebrate 51 years of dedicated service in this field.

We proudly serve the regions of Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, Northeast Oklahoma, and the northern parts of the Arkansas River Valley. Our diverse array of equipment enables us to select the most appropriate machinery for each timber tract we harvest, minimizing our impact on the forest floor. As landowners ourselves, with over 800 acres of farmland and timberland, we understand the importance of treating your land with respect and care. 

In addition to timber harvesting, we also offer dozing services. Our compact yet powerful 25-ton dozer, equipped with a tree pusher, is adept at efficiently clearing land. Our primary services include creating food plots, road work, and clearing land for timber to be transformed into pastureland.
